Introduction of technology of gypsum powder production line:
The Crusher will break the big-size gypsum ore into small 25mm pieces, and then the small pieces will be sent to the grinder, after grinding fine, the qualified raw gypsum powder will be sent to boiling furnace to calcine, and the unqualified part will be sent to grinder until it's qualified. After calcining, the qualified gypsum powder will be sent to spiral conveyor through hoist.

The spiral conveyor will send the calcined gypsum powder to silo for storage, and cool the powder during the process. The dust remover is on the top of silo, the unqualified part will be sent to grinder until it's qualified.
The stored gypsum will be sent to product storage through steel impeller feeder, spiral conveyor, hoist, and send the qualified gypsum powder to storage or workshop finally.

The top pulse bag-type dust remover will collect dust from crusher, particle silo. When the dust and dust gas get into the dust remover through inlet, the big-size dust particle will fall because the increasing size and decreasing wind speed. The small dust particle will be filtered by filter bag. The filtered gas will be got rid of by outlet.

Raw material is transported and lifted to feeding hopper, after measurement it comes to vertical mixer. Face and back paperboard are lifted to each shelf. They are tensioned with special tension unit. Mixed material from vertical mixer falls down to back paperboard, then formed into shape and covered with face paperboard, after last flattening the semi finished plasterboard is completed.

Process introduction of full automatic gypsum powder manufacturing line

The crusher breaks large gypsum rock into small particles of less than 25 mm in diameter, the particles go through storage and transportation equipments into the mill for grinding, use a powder concentrator to select qualified gypsum powder of required fineness and send them into the boiling furnace for calcination. The left unqualified particles will return to the mill for regrinding until meet the requirement. Calcined qualified gypsum powder will be send into the clinker silo for storage or to the workshop for use.

1 Calcined gypsum powder, water and other additives enter into the mixer by automatic metering and conveying system. Gypsum slurry, generated from mixer after mixing, would be evenly scattered on the surface of continuous moving bottom paper.


2 With continuous moving and vibrating, gypsum slurry will gradually diffuse and evenly scattered on the surface of moving bottom paper. Then it goes into the forming machine and compound with top paper. By the process of extruding and forming, the slurry would sealed by top paper and bottom paper and bottom paper. Thus, pulpous plasterboard is formed.

3 While it conveyed by setting belt, wet gypsum board gradually formed after board shaping, natural coagulation and automatic casting. The wet boards, arranged by programmed control system, quickly enter into the dryer, through rollers, belt conveyor and board turnover.

4 Under strict controls in temperature zones of dryer, the wet board dried by different temperature hot air blow. Modified starch would stick with the paper. The dry gypsum boards would be transported out of dryer.

5 Then the board would be turned over again and folded together ( face inside), cut into certain finished product size and edge sealed.

6 Finally, it comes to automatic stacker for stacking. Then can be transported to warehouse by forklift after stacking.
